Carson is one of Jenkins Bagley’s founding members. His legal practice focuses on homeowner association law, real estate, construction defect, business, civil litigation and credit reporting disputes related to the Fair Credit Reporting Act. In addition to other civil litigation matters, Carson has litigated many construction defect cases ranging from single homes to entire communities. In 2016 & 2020, Carson was recognized by his peers as Utah’s Top Lawyers Named By Their Peers by Utah Business Magazine. Carson is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts for Utah and Nevada, and is a member of the Community Association Institute (CAI), board member for the Southern Utah Subchapter of CAI, sub-committee member of the Utah CAI Legislative Action Committee (LAC), and a member of the Utah Community Association Bar Section.

Luke Udy has owned and operated Udy & Associates for 15 years. Udy & Associates is an insurance broker representing American Family Insurance, B&A Insurance Solutions, and various other carriers. Luke and his team specialize in risk management for townhome/condo associations, homeowners associations, and apartments. They work closely with association boards, property, and association managers to ensure communities are appropriately and economically insured through risk management strategies.

Luke carries the designation of Community Insurance & Risk Management Specialist (CIRMS) which recognizes a demonstrated high level of competency within the risk management profession. For the last 8 years he has been an active member for the Utah Chapter Community Association Institute (UCCAI). He currently service as the secretary on the UCCA state board and was recently voted President-Elect for the year of 2024-2025.
