Neil Schiffman has enjoyed the nonsensical nature of the community management industry since 2017. He works with HOALiving as a portfolio manager and has served on the UCCAI education committee for too long to remember.

Burt R. Willie is a shareholder with Smith Knowles, P.C. where he practices real property law, focusing primarily on community association law representing associations and developers in all aspects of homeowner association operations across multiple states. Burt is an active member of the Utah Chapter of CAI and a founding board member and prior chair of the legislative action committee for the Idaho Chapter and has served in a variety of capacities with both the Idaho and Utah Chapters. Burt enjoys assisting homeowner associations successfully navigate the various legalities they face on a day-to-day basis.
